Who we are
These terms are between you and KUT Consulting LLC, based in Medford, Oregon. By booking or paying for our assessment, you agree to them.
What you are buying
The KUT Consulting Assessment is $999. It includes a custom assessment built around your business, a 45-minute live walkthrough, and a 4-day quick-wins plan. The assessment gives you recommendations. It does not include building anything for you.
Building is separate and optional
If you want us to build any part of the plan, such as a website, AI search visibility, or lead generation, that is a separate and optional service. It has its own price and its own agreement, and it is never assumed to be part of the $999 assessment.
Payment
The $999 is due when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through.
Your part
To build an accurate assessment, we need you to complete your onboarding form. The more honest and detailed your answers, the better your assessment. If you do not complete it, we cannot finish your assessment.
Our guarantee
If we can't find you at least 3 hours a week, the assessment is free. The full details are in our refund policy.
What we do not promise
Every business is different. Beyond the 3-hours-a-week guarantee above, we cannot promise a specific revenue result, since your results depend on how you put the plan into action. We give you a clear, honest plan built on your real situation.
Your assessment is yours
The assessment we deliver is for you to use in your business. The methods, templates, and know-how behind it remain ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
